How to Submit a Support Ticket?

Just send an E-Mail to including the Support Key specified in your license and the company name at the beginning of the E-Mail.
You may send support tickets till the number of support tickets included in the product finishes or the one year support period included in the product expires. You may renew the support period for one year more by contacting the sales department with either the contact form or by sending an E-Mail to The request must include the expired Support Key and the company name.

Important: bug submissions are not included in the submitted tickets count.
